Margaret's Suite

About:

$180 per night for two person occupancy.
Room capacity of six.
Each additional person is $20.

Margaret's Suite is a spacious room that sits upstairs in the house, giving guests a full view of the beautiful yards and gardens. This room above the garage was added in 1975 to accommodate guests and family during the holidays. The large closets (which now store artwork used in the house) stored additional mattresses and bedding. These were pulled out to allow sleeping accommodations for the kids. This suite is a great place for a family or a group of close friends of up to six. It also provides cozy privacy for a romantic getaway.

Guest rooms are available on a daily basis or as an extended-stay rental.

The complete house is also available for short or long-term buy-outs.

Add-ons:

For an additional charge, guests can have their breakfast served in the room or on the private deck.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: Noon

Reservation deposit:

50% of total anticipated bill accompanied by signed policy.

Cancellation policy:

30 days or fewer, 0% of deposit is refunded; over 30 days, 50% of deposit refunded

Payment policy:

The entire bill including all taxes and additional fees/penalties must be paid in full prior to departure and the signing party is responsible for all charges. 6% state taxes apply to all overnight stay purchases.

Damages:

The renter is liable for any damages that occur to the property during the term of the agreement. Guests' credit card can be billed if damages are discovered after guests' departure.

Children:

Children are always welcome at Loya's B&B. If the child is under 17 years of age, he/she must be under supervision of a responsible adult at all times. All event attendees, including children, must limit their use to the designated area for the event and portable restrooms unless special arrangements have been made.

Pet Policy:

Animals are not allowed at Loya's B&B except for those licensed to assist persons with disabilities.
